Job Description

We are seeking Christ-centered teachers that are eager to maintain a positive learning and teaching environment in which students can flourish in their walk with God. Teaching staff must have Bachelor’s degree and experience is desired. Full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time positions include benefits. Compensation based on education and experience.

Position Title: Elementary Teacher

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach curriculum integrating Christian principles.
  • Manage classroom environment with respect and discipline.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Lead spiritual development through daily activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and engage in professional growth.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Teaching certification/license.
  • Ability to integrate Christian values into teaching.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school's Christian mission.
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Alignment with the school's statement of faith.
  • Background check and/or clearance as required.

  • Position Title: Upper Teacher

    Responsibilities:
  • Plan and teach curriculum integrating Christian principles.

  • Qualifications:

  • Position Title: Substitute Teacher

    Responsibilities:
  • Implement provided lesson plans, maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
  • Engage students in learning activities while upholding Christian values.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and follow school policies.
  • Adapt to different grade levels and subjects as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children or in education.
  • Familiarity with Christian principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Alignment with school's statement of faith.
  • Background check and/or clearance as required.
