Dan Roth
Executive Pastor
Responsibilities:
I am responsible for the general oversight of The Rock Church and aiding the departments in their ministries. I am also responsible for oversight of the Men’s Conference and Men’s Breakfast in addition to pastoral care to the members of The Rock Church and I am an instructor in The Rock Bible College. Along with my responsibilities I get the privilege of preaching and teaching in The Rock Church main sanctuary services. (Mostly Sunday nights but also on Wednesdays and weekends from time to time.)
Background:
At age 15 I was born again after my brother shared the gospel message with me upon returning from a mission trip. Immediately my life was changed. I traveled with a missions organization four years and eventually went to San Diego for an internship in youth ministry. During that time I completed an Associates degree in music and played in a small Christian band. When the internship ended I made The Rock Church and World Outreach Center my home church and married my wife Jessica. Together we completed the pastoral studies course at Rhema Bible Training Center, came back to The Rock Church, and started the Young Adults Ministry. I was ordained as a pastor in March 2004 at The Rock Church and World Outreach Center. In 2010 I handed the Young Adults ministry to Pastor Luke and Pastor Joseph and became the Executive Pastor of The Rock. In February, 2005, we had our baby girl Chloe. In August of 2007 we had our first boy named Micah and our latest addition on Easter of 2010 is our son Titus.
We are excited to see what God is doing in here at The Rock and in the Inland Empire. It’s an awesome privilege to serve in God’s house!
