Responsibilities:
I am Pastor of the Spanish Ministry at The Rock Church and World Outreach Center (Iglesia la Roca y Centro de Alcance Mundial), as well as Director of The Rock Bible College.
Background:
I was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, a Spanish-speaking country in the Caribbean. I went to church with my mom as a child, but it was not until I was a teen that I made a personal decision for God. From that moment on, I have served and loved the church. I studied at the University of Santo Domingo (UASD) to become a Dentist, subsequently practicing dentistry for about 3 years. During this time I also served as Youth Pastor for several years. In 1999 I felt the Lord call me to the country of Peru, and I was a missionary there and headed a church plant in the capital city, Lima.
In the year 2000, I moved to the US to take the position as Youth Pastor in my father-in-law?s church in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I met my wife Tracie. We have 2 boys, Ethan, Gabriel, and a baby girl, Abigail.
I moved to San Bernardino in 2004 when I accepted a position at the International School of Ministry (ISOM, of Good Shepherd Ministries International), Where I had earned an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies through Vision University. This move led us to The Rock. We got plugged in with the music ministry, where I play bass and my wife sings, and not long afterward, there came the need for a Spanish service. We jumped on board. Our first service took place on June 25th, 2006, and I came on staff as pastor in October, 2007.

Spending time with friends and my wife, listening to jazz (Latin jazz) music, international travel.
