Creative Team Leader Principal Function:

Provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to fulfill the vision of the Senior Pastor and other Ministries within services and events. Work closely with the Senior Pastor on concepts for weekly services and events.

Responsibilities:

● Work with Video Department Director, Production Manager, and Ministry Leads to ‘tell the story’ and vision

● Develops ideas on communication, storytelling, and marketing of videos

● Implements concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion

● Lead and direct the design and production of visual and audio materials and media used for advertising, broadcasting, and web communications

● Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively

● Lead and schedule brainstorming sessions with the team

● Monitor team efforts, approve or reject ideas and provide feedback to the team

● Collaborate with Video Department Director, Production Manager, and Ministry Leads to create a stage presence

● Assist in stage set-up and blocking/positioning team

● Create stage design/layout for services and events

● Assist Video team as needed

● Make purchases/rentals; scheduling rental returns

Requirements:

● Excellent time management skills

● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

● Strong organizational and planning skills

● Flexible schedule
